Expect to see a crew working on phase II of the Doyle Lane project (Job# 101111354) this week. In this phase, Potelco will install the cable inside the protective casing underground we laid during Phase I of the project. Some residents may experience a necessary planned power outage so that our crew can safely switch the power from the old cable to the new. We appreciate your patience as we work to complete this upgrade project in your community. We expect this portion of the project to last several days. Our restoration crew should be through your area in the following weeks to repair the roads and/or sidewalks. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
All affected residents will be notified beforehand with a postcard either on their door or in the mail detailing the date and duration of the planned power outage.
