The Highland Drive project (Job# 101111385) is anticipated to start this week. In phase one, Potelco will install the protective casing underground to house the new cable along the route. You will see large vehicles and crew members in the work area. Once completed, there will be a pause in work before a crew is scheduled to return to begin phase II.
